HOW DOES IT WORK AT J. BURGS GARAGE
At J. Burgs Garage, our warranty repair process is facilitated through Certified Auto Repair, ensuring that you receive the highest quality service and support. Our comprehensive warranty covers a wide range of components, including A/C systems, batteries, fuel systems, electronic engine management systems, and onboard computer systems, among others. It provides coverage for 24 months or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first, offering you peace of mind and protection against unexpected issues. Please note that this warranty applies only to normal, non-commercial use of your vehicle.
WHAT ISN'T COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY
The warranty does not extend coverage to any vehicle that has been subjected to abnormal use, neglect, accidents, alterations, or tampering by anyone other than our facility or its employees. Additionally, please note that this warranty does not include coverage for incidental or consequential damages. Furthermore, it does not encompass any repairs or services beyond those explicitly listed in the "what is covered" section.
HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE
To use this warranty, keep the repair invoice and present it when seeking service. If you're less than 25 miles from the original facility, return there for repairs. If further, call 1-800-457-0019 for the nearest participating facility. If none nearby, you can use a non-participating one, but may need to pay upfront and submit invoices for review. For inoperable vehicles over 25 miles away, towing benefits up to $150 are available, along with rental car and hotel stay assistance.
